 ## 1. Relationship of Parties

 As a Kallapotti Affiliate Partner, you are an independent contractor. This agreement does not create
			an employee, employer, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and AhopeZ
			Innovations. You have no authority to bind Kallapotti to any contractual obligations. ## 2. Eligibility and Onboarding

 To join the program, you must submit an application and be approved by our affiliate partnership team.
			We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion. Upon approval, you may
			receive access to official affiliate partner assets and the affiliate partner portal. ## 3. Commission and Compensation

 Affiliate Partners are eligible for commissions on successful client onboarding and renewals as per the
			current program structure. Detailed commission rates and payment cycles will be provided
			during the onboarding process. - Commissions are paid only on successfully realized payments from clients.
 - Payments are subject to applicable tax deductions (TDS) as per Indian law.
 - Commission structures may be revised with prior notice to affiliate partners.
 ## 4. Branding and Marketing

 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Kallapotti's official marketing
			assets (logos, brochures, videos) solely for the purpose of promoting the software. - You must not modify any official assets without written consent.
 - You must not misrepresent the software's features or pricing.
 - You must not use "Kallapotti" in your own business name or domain name.
 ## 5. Professional Conduct

 Affiliate Partners must maintain high standards of professionalism. Any misrepresentation, unethical
			sales tactics, or behavior that damages the brand reputation of Kallapotti will result in
			immediate termination of the affiliate partnership and forfeiture of pending commissions. ## 6. Confidentiality

 You may gain access to confidential information regarding Kallapotti's technology, product
			roadmap, and internal strategies. You agree to keep this information strictly confidential
			and not disclose it to any third party. ## 7. Termination

 Either party may terminate this affiliate partnership agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice.
			Kallapotti reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately for breach of any terms
			specified in this document. ## 8. Dispute Resolution

 These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement
			shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu. ## 9. Contact for Affiliate Partners
