Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Kallapotti, a software product developed and operated by Ahopez Innovations (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any plan on Kallapotti, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Scope
Kallapotti is a 100% digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. No physical goods are sold or shipped. All licenses and access are delivered electronically. Therefore, this policy covers only digital subscription and lifetime license purchases.
2. Eligible Plans for Refund
Refunds are available only on the following plans:
- Yearly Plan: Eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of the original purchase date.
- Lifetime Plan: Eligible for a full refund if a cancellation request is submitted within 7 days (168 hours) of the original purchase date.
Requests submitted after the respective windows above will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Plans
The following plan is not eligible for any refund:
- Monthly Plan: Due to the short billing cycle and immediate access to the full feature set, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Regardless of plan type, the following fees are strictly non-refundable:
- Setup Fees: Any one-time setup, onboarding, or configuration fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable, as they cover work performed by Ahopez Innovations prior to or at the time of software activation.
Refunds will be calculated on the subscription or license cost only, excluding any setup fees paid.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please send an email to our support team at [email protected]. Your request must include:
- Your registered email address or account ID.
- Your order/invoice number.
- The plan purchased and the reason for cancellation.
6. Refund Processing
Once your cancellation request is reviewed and approved by Ahopez Innovations, the eligible refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing times.
7. No Physical Returns
As Kallapotti is an entirely digital product with no physical goods, there is no requirement or mechanism for physical returns.
