This policy applies to Kallapotti, a software product developed and operated by Ahopez Innovations. By using or purchasing Kallapotti, you acknowledge and agree to the delivery terms described below.
1. No Physical Shipping
Kallapotti does not sell or ship any physical goods. Ahopez Innovations operates Kallapotti exclusively as a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. No hardware, printed materials, or physical media are delivered at any point during or after purchase. Consequently, no shipping charges, courier fees, or delivery timelines applicable to physical goods exist for any Kallapotti transaction.
2. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment, your Kallapotti subscription or license is activated digitally. You will receive:
- A confirmation email at your registered email address containing your account details and access instructions.
- Immediate access to the Kallapotti platform via your web browser or the desktop application.
Delivery is typically instantaneous after a confirmed payment. In rare cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
3. Access Credentials
Your login credentials or activation link will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid any delay in access. Ahopez Innovations is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or email provider delivery issues.
4. Technical Support
If you do not receive your access details within 2 hours of a successful payment, please check your spam or junk folder first. If the issue persists, contact our support team at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.
