Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kallapotti, a cloud-based billing, inventory, and point-of-sale software product owned and operated by Ahopez Innovations (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or subscribing to Kallapotti, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Kallapotti

Kallapotti is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product developed by Ahopez Innovations. It provides cloud-based billing, inventory management, and point-of-sale functionality to businesses. The software is available under the following plans:

• Monthly Plan — billed every calendar month.
• Yearly Plan — billed annually at a discounted rate.
• Lifetime Plan — a one-time purchase for perpetual access.

There are no physical goods sold or shipped under any plan. All deliverables are digital and accessed online.

2. Registration and Account

You must register with accurate and complete information to access Kallapotti. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Ahopez Innovations is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription, Payments & Setup Fees

Subscription fees and applicable one-time setup fees are disclosed clearly at the time of purchase. All amounts are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorise Ahopez Innovations to charge the stated amount via your chosen payment method.

• Subscription fees are due at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
• Setup fees, where applicable, are a one-time charge for onboarding, configuration, or customisation services performed at the time of activation. Setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Pricing is subject to change. Ahopez Innovations will provide advance notice of any price changes before they take effect.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are available only under specific conditions as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A summary is provided below:

• Yearly Plan: Refund eligible if cancellation is requested within 3 days of purchase.
• Lifetime Plan: Refund eligible if cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase.
• Monthly Plan: Not eligible for refunds.
• Setup Fees: Non-refundable under all circumstances.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the applicable window.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Kallapotti solely for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Share, sublicense, resell, or redistribute your account access.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software.
• Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent data.

6. Service Availability

Ahopez Innovations will make reasonable efforts to maintain Kallapotti's availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ahopez Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kallapotti. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Ahopez Innovations reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kallapotti at any time if you are found to be in violation of these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to access the software ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

Ahopez Innovations may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Kallapotti after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Kallapotti shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
